What is GMAT?


The GMAT(Graduate Admission Management Test) was introduced in 1953, is a computer based standardized test which assess the skills of students prior to enter the management program.

Many top B – Schools is taking advantage of this GMAT test in order to screen out the candidates having less competency. GMAT test almost covers the same Quantitative reasoning, Verbal reasoning, Integrated reasoning, analytical writing . The major concern of GMAT is to analyze the analytical writing and problem solving skills of the students. Many MBA aspirants considered GMAT test as their preferred choice. The duration of this test is about 3.5 hours and it is valid for 5 years.



How does GMAT work?


GMAT Scores :

1. An overall score, that will range from 200 to 800
2. Math subscore, that will range from 0 to 60
3. Verbal subscore, that will range from 0 to 60
4. Score for the Analytical Writing Assessment,that lwill range from 0 to 6
5. Score for the IR section ranging from 1-8.

This how scoring of GMAT works

A student must undergo at least 20 tests on pen paper and 15 tests on the computer in the premises of EEC.You can read the various books in our library and solve at least 40 tests to achieve the desired result.
